WordPress 2.3.1 to support tags in Windows LiveWriter
Well we all now know that to be able to insert tags in WordPpress 2.3 when using Windows LiveWriter we can use the keywords feature: 
However, now WordPress 2.3.1 will have support for using the Insert Tags feature in Windows LiveWriter. Good to see this as it allows me to set a reminder to insert tags on a post. Other changes in 2.3.1 are documented here.
