Why is that relevant? ABP offers to create an individual filter and plainly displays the exakt URL for any image as a filter suggestion. In this case, it returns http://blog.gadodia.net/wp-content/themes/limauorange/images/logo.gif - same as you show. It doesnt get any more practical. How are you by the way.
