		<description>yeah, the size of the PST file seems to be the problem. creating, deleting, moving messages within it makes it bigger and bigger. the solution, which looks like it works in my case, is to defragment. in case of Outlook it&#039;s called &quot;Compact&quot;. 

try: Properties (for the main folder) -&gt; press [Advanced...] -&gt; choose &quot;Advanced&quot; tab -&gt; press [Personal Folders...] -&gt; press [Compact Now]

it may take few minutes for large PST files, but then it should be swift again.</description>

		<description>I wish it was just for a few seconds.  Since mid-December I have had to reboot countless times from a total freeze.  Ctrl-Alt-Delete has no effect.  The diagnostics show nothing wrong.  No update is available.  Might be time for a roll-back.</description>
