Habitually Good

A little bit humor is always good to demonstrate what something is or isn’t. This Dilbert comic strip ‘borrowed’ from Dilbert.com says it all.

Now depending on your experience with Agile, it may be demonstrating to you exactly what Agile is; or it may be demonstrating exactly what Agile is not (but is usually thought to be by those who don’t understand it).

If you are a regular reader of some resource on agile software development then you know that its the latter (or so I hope). If you are not a regular reader, and you think its the former, then you should start reading about agile development.

One excellent resource is Agile Software Development. Even if you know about agile, it is still a good place to visit every once in a while.
