I recently upgraded my WordPress installation to 2.5.1 using this plugin. It rocks! Except that last bit where it does not reactivate the plugins, of course.

I too got such errors when upgrading (plenty of them), but I just ignored them and continued the process. As far as I know, everything worked out fine. Maybe Vaibhav can explain why this happens.</description>
